Q: I clicked on one of the icons and I still can't hear Blues

A: The most common reason you can't hear Blues (especially at work) may be because you are behind a firewall that blocks our Blues.  From the Home page, there are 2 icons on the right labeled Firewall WinAmp or Firewall Windows Media.  Let us know if you need to access through a firewall with one of the other players.    Another possible reason is that you don't have the corresponding application installed.  For example, if you click the iTunes icon, you should already have iTunes installed.  We've provided many options, so we hope you can use one of them.
